Sea urchin bowl was very delicious. I went on a weekday afternoon and it was smooth without waiting.When I asked if I could reduce the amount of rice, I ate it in half, and I was able to finish it reasonably.I want to go again.
Anmai ebi is famous in Mashike for a reason! Never have I tasted raw shrimp so sweet and juicy, and matsukura is the place to try it. Their shrimp miso soup is also divine. Highly recommend. Hands down one of my favourite seafood donburi in Hokkaido

Mashike is famous as Amae shrimp.So, I came to Mashike to eat Amae shrimp.To the most famous, Matsukura.Arrived after 11am, but there is already a long line.Lined up for more than an hour and finally went inside the store.It took about 30 minutes before I ordered and it came out.This time, I had a rare Amaebi tempura bowl.Actually, I was worried about the jumbo leaflet, but it was already out of stock. ..Since the thickened shrimp is larger than ordinary sweet shrimp, it can be eaten even with tempura.I'm quite full because I have a few bowls on top of it.The shrimp soup from the bowl was also delicious.If I go next time, I have to go before opening.
